Overview
My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days as per Norwegian law (Angrerettloven), and directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament. If you regret your purchase, you may return the book for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). If 14 days have passed since you received your book, you are not guaranteed a full refund, but we might still reach an agreement.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or equivalent.
Digital content (e-book) is also covered by the refund and return policy, but only if you have not actually used the link to download the e-book yet.
Refunds
First, contact me on post@khnoddeland.com and state that you want to return the book. You do not need to state your reasons. This contact is what needs to be done in the first two weeks. We will then agree on how you will return the book.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that Ihave received your returned book. Iwill also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been a week since you got my email about a refund, and you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your book by mail, you should send it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the book.
